Relaxation

Today we offer a lot of stress resources with which we cannot work, and we do not learn to work with them. Screens on every corner, in your pocket, unnatural aggressive sounds, polluted air, poor quality drinking water, work under stress. These are all influences that directly affect us. Most residents are resting in front of the TV (next screen). Our attention = our energy = our life. I perceive relaxation as something where my body is in an enjoyable and relaxed position, and my mind frees itself from all perception. When you are tired, what do you do? What do animals do when they need to rest?

Guiding the empathy of one's own body and its individual parts and subsequent release of the tensions. Work with breath and with the body. If we calm the flow of breath, we will also calm the mind and thus leave space for body regeneration. Techniques and positions of relaxation.

If we learn to relax effectively in basic positions, we can feel that these benefits will be reflected in the whole functioning of our day, whether in acting at work, in the positions we perform at work. And finally in the entire feeling of your body. Better and more efficient sleep.

Meditation

According to my current knowledge, meditation is simply living in our lives. It is nothing mysterious, nothing inaccessible, nothing that has to appear and definitely nothing to pursue. We find many definitions everywhere, but the best we can do is try to know it for ourselves. The experience itself is non-transferable.

Through techniques that work differently for each individual, we will learn to concentrate and keep the wild mind in one place. Our attention will then move very slowly to the centre of our being as we begin to resonate with the heart, and our actions will start to be intertwined with our heart and not with our logical brain and old habits. This journey is very slow and gradual, and there is no need to hurry, and it requires some effort at the beginning when it goes into non-aspiration.

After practising concentration or meditation, we begin to perceive our inner world and the patterns of the mind that enslave us and bring us sorrow. Calmer decision-making, perception of oneself and other beings on this planet. Humility and understanding of other beings. Sharper movement in memory and its erasure and many other aspects.

Development of breath

Breath is life, the first breath and the last exhalation, this cycle is repeated over and over again. Breath is an integral part of our lives, and as beings operating in one space (planet), we are responsible for both the quality of our breath cycle and the quality of the air we breathe. Through breathing techniques and learning a pure focus on the breath and its flow, we are able to begin to perceive its effect on ourselves and its benefits.

Through breathing techniques, we will be able to focus our attention from the environment of uncontrollable thoughts to the simple observation of our own breath. Focusing and freeing up spaces where air flows and connects with the body. How to breathe to relax the body and its parts and in what positions. Breathing techniques.

Thanks to the improvement of the process of air intake and its distribution inside the body, we will feel a vital body full of life, more flexible muscles, a calmer mind and a more intense perception of ourselves and the environment in which we move.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system that works with the cultivation of the human being. It works with the body and its integral parts such as body, breath and mind. The application of individual branches and techniques influences the nervous system and creates a new form of human being. Hatha yoga is divided into eight parts; they are Yama (rules of social behaviour), Niyama (personal ethics), Asana (position / sed), Pranayma (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana ( meditation) and Samadhi (dissolving oneself in Nestlé instant coffee). There are various forms of yoga-like ashtanga vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, Iyengar yoga and others, but they are all based on Hatha yoga….

For several years I have been devoting myself to Hatha Yoga and its individual parts. I have experience with Shatkarmas (purification techniques), Asanas (positions), pranayama (work with the breath), Dharana (concentration), Japa and mantras (singing or chanting noble texts). We can have fun on individual branches, or discuss the technique, or compile a tailor-made lesson so that we cover as many parts or a given problem as possible. I also have experience with ashtanga vinyasa yoga, the primary serie - the first part.

Yoga brings huge benefits in the form of health, of course, after daily and longer practice. Health in the form of strong and flexible muscles, strong organs and the creation of spaces where organs work as separate units and in connection with other parts of the body. Connecting the brain with individual parts of the body (more detailed and intense perception of the limbs). Sharpening and softening of the senses, for example in the form of more intense flavours, followed by a more delicate choice of food. Balance of cerebral hemispheres. Prolonging the breathing cycle means longer life and calming the mind. And many other benefits that lead to a strong, healthy organism and a calmer life

Stress

How not to get into the same stress wheel over and over again? Every stress we create and let it work in our body is reflected in our entire functioning. If the same stress pattern keeps repeating itself to me and I can't recognize it, it can mark us decently, either by burnout or organ failure in our body. The view of another person who does not move in our environment can be more transparent and can recognize with his view the situations and our behaviour where we lose our energy (our life).

Analysis of the day and its individual parts from wiping your ass to closing time blocks for individual daily activities. It is necessary to analyze everything and talk about all topics in detail and with maximum attention so that we can decipher and understand why this and that is happening to us. Tried the mechanisms that suited us best and started working with and using them.

Improved sleep and overall regeneration of the body, easier getting up and a better mood. A calmer mind and increased concentration. Self-awareness, where I have lost my energy (my life). Change of old bad habits that caused us suffering and more….

Ball games

Many people love ball games, it is unbelievable how much time we were able to spend with the ball during children's games and at a later age and still like to spend time with the ball, especially men. Our attention is focused on something that is inanimate and moves, and it reacts to us as we are in the mood. Why not purposefully improve in these disciplines when we just enjoy it? Go back to childhood in a taller, younger or older body and search for its possibilities.

Games in the form of drill exercises with tennis balls, basketball, soccer ball or futsal ball. Medicine balls, ping pong, tennis, football, futsal, squash, badminton and more. Agreement and development of individual disciplines… ..

Development of movement skills. Perceiving the external object and learning to adapt to its shape and create the shape of the body, hit the ball object as accurately as possible with sufficient intensity or keep it within its space. All charged experiences are then reflected in our daily lives, eg in the form of concentration, faster and sharper visual abilities, etc.

Body cleansing

We are what we have done in the past, yesterday, four days ago, a month or twenty years ago. The body remembers everything, records it and adapts to constant changes. Old emotional traces in the muscles, joints or old injuries to which the body has adapted to avoid pain. Cleaning techniques are used to remove tension and release these old roots. Such as changing the diet, diet or inserting more movement into your time.

For several years now, I have been performing colon and small bowel cleansing, gastric lavage, airway cleansing, dental cleansing, eye cleansing, skin, hair and more.

By cleansing, I start the organism and, above all, I lighten the old load, either in the form of removing acids from the stomach or coarse deposits of the large intestine. Improving digestion, sharpening tastes, improving breathing, regeneration of the whole organism, the release of tension in individual parts of the body, inner satisfaction and more

Walks

When was the last time I left the city or my apartment and went to ventilate into nature… back to the heart from which I got out? A place where there is silence, where we do not hear the noise of cars, where the singing of birds dominates the space. Where water overwhelms all thoughts, remember?

Walks in the woods, in the park, along the beach, around the river, streams in the form of relaxation, meditation, drinking tea and getting to know yourself with the possible involvement of exercises to stretch or strengthen the body and connecting to nature.

Involvement of the senses and their exercises. Contact with the ground. Full lungs with fresh air :). Strengthening the body and connecting with the body. Changing thoughts and relieving the mind of daily duties and sorrows.

Circuit Training

Strengthening the whole body through interval training for individual parts of the body. X stations where specific exercises are performed within the allotted time with equivalent rest.

We will develop the whole body as part of individual interval exercises—several stations where we will practice with different parts of the body, or the body as a whole. We will either increase or decrease the time burden. Upon completion of one round, active rest, followed by the next round. Then calm the body to operating temperature.

Training in the perception of one's own body and the use of the senses in practice. Development of posture. Who is a more robust figure, will lose weight. Development of stability, mobility, dynamics of movements and others.

Rehabilitation training

Exercises focused on body disorders, pain in certain areas or convalescent strengthening, exercises after surgery or correction of imbalances. The long-term pains that afflict our bodies can be alleviated or even eliminated when discovering the boundaries. Revive flows of body fluids and gentle energies in the affected areas and return to health and vitality.

Working with discomfort and pain and discovering the boundaries of the current state of the body. The connection of the nervous system with the limits set by one's mind, which were imprinted into the body. Body transformation. We will tailor the training according to the given problem.

From pain to a healthy organism (don't expect results in a day or a week, as long as tree branches are growing, so long a new structure can grow). Relieving the mind "that I have a problem", improving the overall functioning of the body, improving mood and a stronger will that I can change things, even on my own.
